This drill is great for getting lots of touches in a short amount of time, and is used by C. Ronaldo, Leo Messi and Luis Nani. Go as fast you can while keeping the ball under control, use the sole, inside and the laces of the foot. To setup the exercise put out about twenty cones or shoes for that matter, randomly in a tight area, dribble in and out of them use using a variety of 1v1 moves and different parts of the foot with speed. For this drill you can even juggle in and out of the cones to work more on your air control, but always stay on the move. What I think is the best way to use this drill is to dribble through the minefield of cones for one minute or one-hundred touches, then take a touch out then bend the ball back-post. A different variation is to dribble with the tennis ball, size 1 and then the regular ball for 200 to 400 touches each. Down below is Ronaldo doing the exercise.
